The Content Power Hour is a one-on-one virtual strategy session. Once payment is processed, you will receive a questionnaire within 24 hours. If we do not receive your questionnaire, your session can be delayed.

The session runs two to three hours, live on Zoom. You are responsible for showing up on time and arriving prepared. If you need to reschedule, you must do so at least 72 hours before your scheduled session. Rescheduling requests within 72 hours of the session will be reviewed and are not guaranteed.

Your Brand Operating System and all session deliverables will be delivered within 24 hours of the session. The closing call will be scheduled separately after delivery.

All sales are in USD. By purchasing, you authorize Photos and Phases to charge the amount shown at checkout.

The Content Power Hour is a non-refundable service.

Because each session is built specifically around your business using your questionnaire responses, preparation begins before the session takes place. That preparation is part of what you are paying for.

If something happens on our end that prevents the session from being delivered, you will receive a full refund or a reschedule at your choice.

If you no-show without notice, the session is forfeited. There is no refund and no reschedule for a missed session without prior communication.
